1.) One of the lines is wrong. It's not "I've got to get it on with you." I think it's "I've got to get alive with you." Anyway, that's the way I heard it.
2.) This song is not "distastefully filthy" or at least I don't think so. I think that, taken in context, it's really touching. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think that this is a "filthy" song at all. Dirty? Ok I'll give you that, but I don't think it's distasteful at all. Besides, there are a lot of Sublime songs where the content is, well, worse. But I still love them all the more for that.

This song is about a guy who falls in love with this chick only to find out that she is a prostitute. Therefore he cannot have her. One day he hopes that she will quit being a whore, and just be his.

But nonetheless he falls for a girl that wasn't exactly "right" for him he didn't know she was a prostitute until he had to pay, but one way or another he was gonna get laid.. So he was safe and use a condom. ^_^
one thing that throws me off is the "no me dio cuenta" translation.. my spanish isn't perfect but i know that "I didn't realize" is "no me di cuenta"... so either the translation is wrong or bradley made an error with his castellano...
