Sunday morning and I'm waking up
Can't even focus on a coffee cup
Don't even know who's bed I'm in
Where do I start
Where do I begin [Repeat: x2]

Where do I start
Where do I begin [Repeat: x4]

Sunday morning I'm waking up
Can't even focus on a coffee cup
Don't even know who's bed I'm in
Where do I start
Where do I begin

Where do I start
Where do I begin [Repeat: x12]

General Comment:This is a little different from everyone else's. I think instead of it being about an affair or a one-night stand, the "don't even know who's bed I'm in" could refer to feeling like you don't know yourself anymore; your bed doesn't feel like yours, or the person (that is yourself) in your bed isn't someone you recognize anymore. So where do you begin to figure out your life and what to do when you're not even sure who you are anymore?

General Comment:Only discovered this song about 2 weeks ago whilst watching a documentary about Glastonbury. It was used during an 'early Monday morning' montage, and fitted perfectly with the misty, deserted scenes. Such a great chillout song, perfectly suited for a hangover/morning after theme.

General Comment:this is without a doubt one of my top five favourite songs of all time. when the crash's kick in and the song reaches its peak, im always so overcome with joy that i cant help smiling and grooving along with it... but then ending still gives me the shits.
obviously about the morning after a huge bender, not knowing where you are or even being able to pick up a coffee cup your so wasted. i love the how it can turn something so seedy into such an amazing song

General Comment:I was having an affair with this married man. A Jewish psychologist. My psychologist. He was really smart and had lots of X he said would cure my depression. I went for Christmas vacation with my ex husband and my therapist/lover called me on my cell very early one morning and told me he had just seen Vanilla Sky and realized that he was, in fact, in love with me. I was so happy and excited. Later, he was kicked out of the profession for having sex with half of his patients. One girl killed herself over him. For some reason that song always reminds me of the morning he called.

General Comment:The morning after the night before, waking up in a strangers bed and trying to gather together your thoughts and your head before you attempt to make an exit.

At times like those is when you really need this song.

    Beautiful truly beautiful.

General Comment:...and music, the combination of the lyrics and the music bring the listeners mood very close to this feeling... about as close as you can get without actually being in that situation. beautiful.

General Comment:Only version of this song that I know is from the Vanilla Sky soundtrack which features Beth Orton on vocals. Does she sing on all versions of this song?
