Applause, lucky 100. This is in my opinion, (and therefore the truth), one of the HIM's worsts songs, Why it seems to be everyone else's favourite is baffling.

dear god.... well i am post no 102 isee.

well i got down to about 34 and couldnt b assed to read it anymore so i scorolled down.

i would like to correct a few people on their errors.

1. him is not a satanist, an athiest or a jew. Him is a pagan. The only reason there is half a pentagram in their symbol is to show love and evil combined. if you think HIM is a satanist, take a good look at someone like dimmu borgir... fuck me!!! him is an atheist compared 2 sum1 like that! (nothing rong wif dimmu borgir ppl)

2. i do not belive you have the right idea about this song... i think its about moving on and leaving the old life to get to a new one, not killing yourself.

either way/meanign its a beautiful song, but not good to listen too if you are feelign a depressed, i have contemplated suicide while listening to it many times.

also if you ahve half a brain you will realsie that all the albums have a theme

greatest love songs 666 is about being in a happy relationship, as all teh songs are bout good love

deep shadows and brilliant highlights is about a relation ship going wrong

razor blade romance is pretty much the same as deep shadows

and love metal is about the aftermath

love said no is just their best songs.

i think lvoe metal is a great song, but dont ahve a go at people who dont like it... i ahte some songs that other people love... its just the way the world is... just cos i think this song is amazing doesnt mean i should verbally abuse some other person over the internet who doesnt like ville valo... but remember... its says write comments on what this song means TO YOU, not what this song means to anyone who likes ville valo.

I hope you are wrong about Love Metal, iamthemuffalo. Love Metal is the only HIM album that I can actually listen to without getting upset about the teen-angst-love nonsense (IMO) being thrown at me so strongly. Love Metal seems to be much more mature in that they speak about more than love (it's about life and struggling with faith in something, which can be left up to your interpretation). I think it is titled Love Metal due to love being synonymous with knowledge and faith (in other cultures/faiths, etc.). Of course, this is MY interpretation.... :( To everyone who is hating HIM, listen to Love Metal (ignore that the title of the CD seems so much like everything else they've done)!!!

Lol now I'm not going to take what Ville said literally but I just thought it would be amusing to post what he said at the gig I went to a couple of weeks ago..... something about Finnish christmas and eating "the rudolphs" and this song being about when they play Russian Roulette. I'm not going to get sucked into the arguments here. He was probably taking the piss, I just thought it would be funny to tell you all what he said :)

A question for the fans: I'm kinda new to the band and for some reason, I've seen HIM broken down as "His Infernal Majasty" and "His Internal Majesty" and was curious which was correct. Thanks to he/she who answers.

The fact is, only a few people have actually got pissed off at me, the rest of the people on this site are adult enough to realise that not everyone shares their tastes in music and can hold a conversation/ argument about a band, without feeling like their sexual orientation is being brought into question.

The minority of dick heads like you, need to grow up.
Normal people can stand to have their opinions challenged, without seeing it as a direct attack on their person, those that cannot, are insecure, socially inept little twats.
