This is the breakfast club!

[Chorus]
Bring me coffee in the know
See the taffu on the send
I got sunshine, I got you
There's nothing, nothing life can do oh oh oh

Yeah yeah, ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya
(you're the hero, you're the hero)

Bring me junkie in the love
He said nothing in the tongue
To kill the model from my door, oh yeah
To kill the model from my door

[Chorus]

To kill the model from my door
To kill the model from my door
From my door
From my door

Lyric Correction:I laughed as I read "see the taffu on the send."

These lyrics are not correct as "taffu" is not a word.

The word that should be there instead is "Tafil" which is a type of prescription tranquillizing drug (like Xanax).

I also think the word "send" in that line is "sand" so the line is:
"I see the Tafil on the sand"

because the next line is, "I got sunshine, I got you"
The two lines together suggesting he's laying in an environment with lots of sun such as the a beach, or a desert.

The word "model" is also incorrect, should be male (as others have suggested.)

Also in the second chorus, after he goes "yayayayayaya,"
it then goes, "lover, lover, lover, lover, lover -la, lover -la, lover -la-la-la..."
just an extra word that may suggest some meaning, who knows.

General Comment:not every gorillaz song is about drugs, but this is by far one of their druggiest. without enough knowledge of the context we cant give an accurate idea of what albarn was trying to express. but from what i can see, i think its about being miserable and having relations with another man's woman, and the 'keep him from my door' stuff is hiding from him. "I got sunshine I got you/Theres nothing, nothing I can do" could be he wants to go out with her but cant because shes taken. but i have no idea about how the breakfast and coffee stuff goes into this, im probably way off. or it could just be about drugs, almost every line could be read into to reference substances.

General Comment:I reckon the lyrics are:

    This is a breakfast club!

You bring me coffee in the know
See the typhoo in the send
I got sunshine I got you Oh yeah yeah yeah
Theres nothing, nothing I can do

    Yeah (X12)
(Theres icebergs in the gene pool - X8)

Bring me junkie in her low
He said he love me in her tongue
To keep the man away from my door
Just keep the man away from my door

    (Chorus)

To keep the man away from my door
Just keep the man away from my door
    From my door
    From my door

"Like the sunshie I got you" refers back to clint eastwood "I got sunshine in a bag" also the song is called man research as in looking deeply into wat we are. General Comment:i think this song is talking about some kind of sci-fi human research facility, where they feed the humans certain foods and medications to test their health and mental stability.

"This is a breakfast club!!": With the wacky voice saying that at the begining, it sounds like maybe the specimens in the facility have been brainwashed into thinking that their members of a special club of some sort, and have no idea that they are specimens...

"bring me coffee in the know
see the taffu on the send
i got sunshine, i got you
there’s nothing, nothing life can do
bring me junkie in the love
he said nothing in the tongue": this sounds like its going into the mind of one of these specimens and what they are thinking about as they are taken through the stages of the day...

"to kill the model from my door": This is a stretch, but this might be reffering to when certain specimens aren't adequete enough, they give them drugs that kill them immediately so they dont suffer any pain...

Man Research, I think, reffers to the research that is being done on the specimens...

...This is just what I think of when I hear the song. It's kinda weird, but whatever...
