    General Comment:I think it means like his wife(rx queen) has a problem with prescription pills, and as much as it hurts him, or as much as she can hurt him, shes still always his girl and he'll stay with her no matter what. even if their newborn is hurting because of it

    General Comment:It seems like Chino uses a lot of interesting words to get a point across in his songs. With this one, I feel like he's just trying to say that in relationships it's all about give and take and no one is perfect. So, it's cool if she "stings" him now and then because he's into her and that's alright.

    General Comment:The RX is NOT about drugs or prescriptions.
    I used to think this song was about prescription drugs too.
    However, from Chino,...

    RX is the computer term. RX is the receive function of a modem. TX is the Transmit function.

    This has to do with the internet I would ASSUME it means "Internet Queen" or "Receive Queen"

    General Comment:I have had a theory about the meaning of this song for a long time. I believe that this song is about AID's. When i first heard that this song was written about his wife i was like, oh it must just be a love song, but later on I heard that his wife had AID's. so in the chorus he is basically saying it is ok if you give me the AID's i wont mind (If you sting me i wont mind). then later on in the song when he whispers stung real quietly it sounds like he is saying his now x-wifes name Celeste. just something to give you guys to think about
