Run desire run
Sexual being
Run him like a blade
To and through the heart
No conscience
One Motive
Cater to the hollow
Screaming feed me here
Fill me up again
Temporarily pacify this hungering
So grow
Libido throw
Dominoes of indiscretions down
Falling all around
In cycles
In circles
Constantly consuming
Conquer and devour
Cause it's time to bring the fire down
Bridle all this indiscretion
Long enough to edify
And permanently fill this hollow
Screaming feed me here
Fill me up again
Temporarily pacifying
Feed me here
Fill me up again
Temporarily pacifying
Sexual being
Run him like a blade
To and through the heart
No conscience
One Motive
Cater to the hollow
Screaming feed me here
Fill me up again
Temporarily pacify this hungering
So grow
Libido throw
Dominoes of indiscretions down
Falling all around
In cycles
In circles
Constantly consuming
Conquer and devour
Cause it's time to bring the fire down
Bridle all this indiscretion
Long enough to edify
And permanently fill this hollow
Screaming feed me here
Fill me up again
Temporarily pacifying
Feed me here
Fill me up again
Temporarily pacifying

He tries to stop, take control of his indiscretion. long enough to break free and rid himself of this lack of control.
But his hollow still screams.
That's my interpretation, this is the perfect start to an awesome album.
Run, desire, run
Sexual being, run him like a blade
To and through the heart, no conscience, one
Motive, to cater to the hollow
Screamin' feed me here
Fill me up again
Temporarily
Pacify this hungerin' *so cruel*
So grow, libido, throw ... etc
2nd most its about sex contrasted to relationship. Mostly 2nd person mostly from a man's perspective ONLY because it says "run HIM like a blade."
So the woman takes the sexual being man, runs to and through his heart to fill her hollow. Eventually she will bridle her indiscretion (marriage or permanent relationship) long enough to edify (the rest of her life) to [hopefully] permanently fill her hollow. Alas it fails. Thus the closing chorus. Emphasis on things being temporary.
