    if only they were willing to accept the money from american idiot...and now that they have enough and don't need another "epic" record...they should make another record like Kerplunk and 1039....it'd just redeem themselves.

    General Comment:i love the tune too this song...but anyway the song to me is about a gal who just got her heart broken and has had a bad experience in her love life. This guy wants to cheer her up and do anything just to make her happy even if it means to lose his dignnity. He knows hes not perfect but he is willing to give it shot.

    General Comment:Yeah, the meaning is pretty obvious. This song is amazing, though. It's a shame people would rather hear (notice the verb) American Idiot 'cause it's "hott" than listen to this stuff, when Green Day was really good.
