this is a great song. when ur at a crossroads and dont kno which way to go and you meet someone who you think might lead you in the right direction.......thats what this song is about. but the real question is......................who will be the one that saves ME???

I once had a wonderwall...she left,moved on,is with another guy and seems happier with him than ever with me.

I guess she's my wonderwall,and he's her wonderwall...kinda like the sixteen candles poster, Anthony Michael Hall is staring up at Molly Ringwald who's staring up at Justin Henry(I think--the guy who played Jake Ryan).

I think this song is about finding the person that saves you from yourself...the person that makes you a better you. They are you wall of strength and hope. Its so amazing!! good song

yeah........it gets me choked up.....but I like to think of it as a love song about a guy who likes a grl and is saying that if she likes him too, she'd be his "wonderwall". Her presence in his life would make him feel calm and happy.

this song can be about a lot but certain lines like "i dont believe any one feels the way i do about you now" and "there are many things i would like to say to you but i dont know how" make me think of a girl i love a lot and i want to tell her how much she means but i dont know how and maybe she will be the one to save me and be my wonderwall..

This song is beautiful. The only thing I really have to add is that I looked it up, and Wonderwall is an old movie about a guy who discovers he can see into the apartment next to his through a hole in the wall and ends up falling in love with her, while she doesn't know he exists.

im a huge oasis fan.ive read their autobiography and i reckon there a 2 real meanings to wonderwall.
the first is the from tommy gallagher(liam and noels dad).he says that wen they were young an growing up, they had a 'wonderwall'which they were free to write,paint or decorate in any way.he said that they used 2 call it there wonderwall. the second is when noel was asked what his song meant, and replied that it was about him seeing his ex-girlfriend.hope u find this random stuff useful lol

Haha this song is the biggest load of shit. "Wonderwall" is oh so deep- oh wait its just a made up word, created by 2 absolute pricks cos they couldnt think of a better rhyme. But its ok, cos they used to be burgalars, and that is c-o-o-l. Oasis fans, everything you believe in is a load of shit.

Anyways...I am probably wrong as far as the REAL meaning behind the song, but, to me, this means...loving someone very close to you but not exactly having to words to tell them. The feelings are there, you just don't know exactly how to show them how you feel. You're confused and you just don't know how to get things completely straight. The person has been the best, a saviour in times of the greatest need, it's just that this person probably doesn't understand what you feel because they've been hurt before, and you're afraid they are going to think you're lying, like all the rest It's just that this thing you have with them...you feel that it's...different somehow, and you just have to make that person believe that...you mean it...
