yeah........it gets me choked up.....but I like to think of it as a love song about a guy who likes a grl and is saying that if she likes him too, she'd be his "wonderwall". Her presence in his life would make him feel calm and happy.

I once had a wonderwall...she left,moved on,is with another guy and seems happier with him than ever with me.

I guess she's my wonderwall,and he's her wonderwall...kinda like the sixteen candles poster, Anthony Michael Hall is staring up at Molly Ringwald who's staring up at Justin Henry(I think--the guy who played Jake Ryan).

this is a great song. when ur at a crossroads and dont kno which way to go and you meet someone who you think might lead you in the right direction.......thats what this song is about. but the real question is......................who will be the one that saves ME???

the singer dude was teaching his gf to play guitar... and she accidentally came up with the now so famous guitar beat on this song ... he thought it was awesome , perfected it , made a song out of those few tabs .. and dedicated the songy to her...

i used to date this guy 4 two years and everytime i heard wonderwall...even though i really didnt understand what a wonderwall was for some reason that's the only thing i could describe him as...my wonderwall. that song describes the relationship we had and still have. we went through soooooo much but in the end we still love each other sooo much yet we cant say it cuz we've both moved on. we're now friends and its tough just being friends cuz we care about each other soooo much. he's my soulmate/ wonderwall. "i dont believe that anybody feels the way i do about u now" "and all the roads we have to walk are winding and all the lights that lead us there are blinding" "there are many things that iw ould like to say to u but i dont know how cuz maybe u'r gonna be the one that save me and after all u'r my wonderwall" this is my favourite song and i've told him a million times he's my wonderwall he's been with me when my life was a wreck and now despite how i've been to him hes still there for me and he still holds me up even though he has his own problems which i also help him with. i love this song it definitely says everything for us!

I basically think this song is about an unpredictable relationship. He loves her, and wants to be with her forever. However, there relationship has many twists and turns in it, and it will be painful, however he thinks its worth it"and all the roads we have to walk are winding, and all the lights to light the way are blinding." he doesn't know how to explain how he feels about her.

This song is about someone saving him from his life and all the problems in it. Noel has mentioned that this song relates back to his childhood, as he had a depressing one. It was full of trauma, and he was often beaten by his father. The message in the opening line “Today is gonna be the day that they're gonna throw it back to you” suggests that he is reminded of his childhood, perhaps when he thought about his life and the problems he was facing at that time of his life.

In the line, “And all the roads we have to walk are winding, and all the lights that lead us there are blinding,” the winding roads indicates his life, and the blinding lights means that his life is confusing, and its hard to interpret what his future will be like. His wonderwall is the person who will help him through his life, which was his ex-wife Meg Mathews.

Oh boy...I have only heard this song once without crying and that was the first time I had ever heard it. It displays my feelings...(need I say more) about someone I love that I don't think I'll ever be able to have love me back. This is one of the BEST songs I have every heard-it is my second favorite right now-and I just heard it on the radio this morning as I was getting up. It makes me think of a close friend. She's my wonderwall.

This song has meant different things to me depending on what was going on in my life at the time. I love the lyrics they are so beautiful.

While I was having trouble getting over a guy the lyrics "I don't believe that anybody feels the way I do about you now" meant so much. Because he was one of those amazing guys that everyone just love. And I was feeling like. Wow, I loe you but not having you hurts so much. And know one knows how I feel about you. And no one can understand the better sweet feelings I have just thinking about you.

Now it makes me think of a different guy who things are just starting up with. "Maybe you're gonna be the one that saves me" makes me think of that amazing optomistic feeling at the beginning of a relationship, when you think, maybe, just maybe, this could be it.

I'm not sure of the intended meaning of this song But it has a lot of really strong lyrical moments, that have meant a lot to me.

Noel said "when i hear people say this is the best song ever written, i think 'fuck, have you heard Live Forever?'" he said it was about an imaginary girl, and that people thought it was abot his wife and he didnt have the heart to tell her it wasn't about her so he just went along with it

Wonderwall-I think its such a haunting love song that expresses this emotion that we wish we could all feel sometimes.
