Shake down, you make me break, for goodness sake I think I’m on the edge of something new with you. Shout out, don’t drown the sound, I’ll drown you out, you’ll never scream so loud as I want to scream with you.

Standing there with your smile blinding your eyes from seeing my face as I’m dying to figure out a girl. But she drifts so far away, I’m on her coast, I should stay and map around your world.

So Don’t Say “These currents are still killing me” and you can’t explain how the wind went and pulled you into the hurricane.

Stand up don’t make a sound, your ears might bleed. There are sweet fluorescent enemies that live inside of me. The world moves faster than I knew, not fast enough to not creep up on you and the space we put between. So pull me under your weather patterns, your cold fronts and the rain don’t matter, because a sun burns what I needed.

You don’t do it on purpose but you make me shake now I count the hours ‘til you wake. With your babies breath, breathe symphonies, come on sweet catastrophe. Maybe this time I can follow through, I can feel complete, stop paying dues. Stop the rain from falling keep my oceans calm this time I know nothings wrong.

General Comment:i love this song and konstantine,
especially when he says "you dont do it on purpose but you make me shake, now i count the hours til you wake".
its so deep and the lyrics are amazingly written.

General Comment:I signed up just to comment on this song!! I LOVE this song sooo much!! It makes me feel soo good and i just wish that i could know that someone felt this way about me
anyway, i had this thought and it seems that so far, no one has come up with the same idea.
I just reread Twilight and then listened to this song and found that it matched how Edward felt about Bella in everyway :)
    Just something to think about

General Comment:My interpretation is that this guy had never really wanted to settle down with someone before. Maybe a one night stand kind of person most of the time, and then he meets someone, and everything changes, because he falls in love. There's also, within the song, the emotions of the fear of letting himself fall in love, and the doubts, and also of course, the bliss. It's amazing that they could include all of this in the song.

General Comment:this song is the ultimate thing to listen to when you're in love. its perfect. its not like "ohh your'e amazing baby you're my world" crap like that. it's real. it's saying that no matter what it's like, you'll stick around, because that person is worth "weathering the storm". which is the truth if you really care about someone.
