And Microwave burritos are not rotten or smelly like somebody said, they are delicious and awesome but thats besides the point, not even what hes referring too. They swell up and get all swollen and huge when theyre in the microwave, especially the ones you leave in too long till they explode which are specifically the ones mike mentions. Her chest is just massive and inflated like a microwave burriot at its pinnacle, right before it explodes.

there is a difference in tense there. She had lips like stereo with the bass and treble down when she was alive now she's got tits like microwave burritos that explode (deformed, rotten, and smelly). "What I wouldn't give to see her pee" could refer to an incident that involved her pissing between cars some drunken night when she was still alive and Mike would give anything to go back to that time or bring her back.
