  General Comment:I hear..."I know it fucking must stop. I will never get what I want. Inside I burn!" To me, this seems to make more sense than any other lyric. I could be wrong. But it would explain the pedophile lyric a little better. He knows he must stop, but he just can't help himself. I mean, A part of him gets sick with himself for being the way he is and the other part gets sore....just my opnion on the subject. I could be way off. I guess only Chino knows.

    I think this song is about a guy that flirts with an underage girl he likes ("been giving God a pedophile")
    (16 or 17 year old) but he doesn't realize at first that she is underage, hence the "big suprise"
    it is stated that she's sexually active "I wish I, could feel like you when I fuck like you >being< sore"

  Take it however you want to take it.
  
  
  I think the song is about the illness of being a pedophile. Knowing what you want is SO wrong, but having the burning inside of having to have it/do it no matter who it hurts.
  
  I don't think it has anything to do with Chino, and it might just be a song he wrote from a news story "Polly Class" he heard at the time.

  General Comment:I think this song is about someone wanting to be the big shot, popular person but for only one reason - to get the girl he likes. He doesn't like the person who has this girl, but he wishes that he was in his shoes so he could have her. "We lift our eyes, big surprise." We look up to you, but it's not that big of a surprise. You have everything we want and maybe we're a tad bit jealous. " I want to be like you, then I'd be cool... Maybe not". The popular person thinks they're loved by everyone but there are alot of people that don't like them at all. " A part of me gets sick, A part of me gets sore" He feels sick and sore because she's still with him, the popular guy.
  
  A great song overall. I kind of agree with the whole cheating aspect also.
