Its of the Arch-Devil Levistus. Levistus obtained rulership over stygia long ago, when Asmodeus was crowned king of hell. Consumed with ambition he wanted to take the place of Asmodeus, Openly sharing his plans to over through the king of hell with the other Arch-Lords.
upon his heinous attempt to take control Levistus tried to subsume Bensozia (Asmodeus's Consort) which he thought knew her masters weaknesses. at the time she was leading her routine inspections of the layers of hell. with he pit fiend escort (Asmodeus's constable)Marinet while they were traveling through Stygia Levistus ambushed them with his crew and proposed that the queen of hell become his consort to help overthrough Asmodeus. The staunch queen harshly rejected his plan and continued on her way.
infuriated Levistus killed her. marinet managed to escape and returned to tell Asmodeus of the action. Asmodeus quickly spotted the act and punished levistus by imprisoning him in an ice burgh on stygia and gave his rulership away. many yeas later he killed the new ruler of stygia and gave back rulership to levistus but left him in the ice burgh for eternity so now he communicates to his subordinates through telepathy , this is one of his telepathic messages.

Much to everyone's surprise, Asmodeus returned power to Levistus. However, the arch-lord remained trapped still in his ice prison boulder and communicate to his subordinates through telepathy.
