cliff was amazing. anyone ever seen cliff em all? it's near impossible to play metal bass with your fingers. most everyone else uses a pick. best bassist though.... nah. maybe jaco pastorius or les claypool. cliff was definitely a legend though.
for whom the bell toll's live 1988 is insane, don't forget about Steve harris of Iron Maiden he plays with his fingers too and he can pick just as fast as I can on my guitar
Les Is Almost Not Metal. And Make Sure You Realize That I Said Almost In That Sentence. Les Is Good, But Cliff Is Still Better In My Opinion.
