I'm bouncing off the walls again (whoa),
And I'm looking like a fool again (whoa),
I threw away my reputation,
One more song for the radio station.

I'm bouncing off the walls again (whoa),
And I'm looking like a fool again (whoa),
Waking up on the bathroom floor,
Pull myself back together just to fall once more.

And my heart's beating out of my chest (whoa),
And this town is still making me sick (whoa),
And every penny from my last paycheck,
I've loaned on you.

I'm bouncing off the walls again (whoa),
And I'm looking like a fool again (whoa),
So go ahead and take a picture,
And hang it up so you can tear me down.

I don't care (whoa),
Cause I'm still here (whoa),
And I've got nothing left to loose,
With all the years I've wasted on you!
(Go, go, go)

Momma and daddy's got the best cocaine,
Ritalin is never gonna be the same,
Twenty four hours on an empty brain,
I got my finger on the trigger and you're in my way.

I'm bouncing off the walls again (whoa),
And I'm looking like a fool again (whoa),
I threw away my reputation,
One more song for the radio station.

I'm bouncing off the walls again (whoa),
And I'm looking like a fool again (whoa),
And I'm bouncing off the walls again (whoa),
And I'm looking like a fool again,
I'm bouncing off the walls again.

General Comment:I think it's about how he's basically become a junkie on amphs... "ritilan's never gonna feel the same" because he's moved on to coke. both make you "bounch off the walls" and hype you up. but to someone who's not intoxicated or high you look ridiculous. by doing drugs and looking like a fool, his former reputation doesn't exist anymore.

"waking up on the bathroom floor" bathrooms are generally where people will do coke because of the tiles. "pull myself back together just to fall once more" because he knows a. he wants more, and b. he will get the same end-result, but lives for those few minutes of a high.

there's even figurative language: "and every penny of my last pay check i've BLOWN it on you."

"i don't care, cause i'm still here" it doesn't matter what tomorrow's going to bring when all you want is coke... i mean, you thought that same thing last week and you're still alive from it.

    awesome song

General Comment:This song is absolutely about cocaine. Not just the one part of the song where is explicitly says "Mommy and Daddy's got the best cocaine," the whole song is about cocaine.

    Here are a few examples:
"I'm bouncing off the walls again." - Cocaine is a stimulant, thus making you excited and feeling good.

"Waking up on the bathroom floor, pull myself back together just to fall once more" - After long nights of drinking and blow, he wakes up on the floor and claims he will quit, then continues to use. This is common among coke users.

"Every penny from my last pay check, I've blown it on you." - Cocaine is expensive and will cost you a lot of money. And I think he used the word "blown" instead of "spent" for a reason.

"Ritalin's never gonna feel the same, 24 hours on an empty brain." - Once a person has done coke, other drugs pail in comparison and you will stay up all night when you do coke.

...come on guys, no one realized any of this?

General Comment:I guess this song could be deep.
But he's talking about cocaine and drugs.

"And every penny from my last pay check, I blow it on you"
You being the cocaine or whatever drug he is taking.

"Mommy and daddy's got the best cocaine, ritalin's never gonna feel the same. 24 hours on an empty brain.
I got my finger on the trigger and you're in my way."

    So it's basically about drugs.
    Not about a girl.

General Comment:well i'm not actually sure what sugarcult intended for this song, though it seems that they are either a.) using a relationship as a metaphor for drugs (not a new idea, woman are a common metaphor for drugs in songs) or the other way around using drugs as a metaphor for a relationship or other situation. i've been looking for some kind of source (i.e interview) of what sugar meant for this song, if i come across it i will post. though i must say for a song meanings website there are a lot of "OMG I LOVE THIS SONG" idiots who have no idea what the song is about, it's just "cool" to listen to it. i wish people could be more intelligent.
