sounds a little like "and all that could have been", a line from the song "the great below" by NIN and also the name of NINs live DVD, although that was released later.
i recently watched an interview with ogre and the video director ( who is also the guitarist of OhGr) and he said the NIN reference was a joke, just poking a little fun at Reznor, nothing personal. Its up on youtube.
