Why haven't you called me?
Did you forget me?
I need to know

When were you intending
To break the silence
And let me know?

Mine is the loneliest of numbers
And now is the loneliest of times
You're 19 days late, but still I sit and wait, oh

Waiting and waiting
Waiting and waiting
Waiting and waiting
Waiting on you

Who have you been seeing
That made you forget me?
I bet you call him

Where, oh where does he come from?
I bet he lives close by
I bet he's just a friend, oh

Mine is the loneliest of numbers
And now is the loneliest of times
You're 19 days late, but still I sit and wait, oh

Waiting and waiting
Waiting and waiting
Waiting and waiting
Waiting on you

Waiting and waiting
Waiting and waiting
You got me waiting
Waiting on you

I asked you if you had a good heart
You answered, "Yes, I'll never do you harm"
I asked you if you had a good heart
You answered, "Yes, I'll never do you harm"

General Comment:I think the last lines:

I asked you if you had a good heart
You answered, "Yes, I'll never do you harm"
I asked you if you had a good heart
You answered, "Yes, I'll never do you harm"

are really sad. After all that you hear through the lyrics, then this. It's depressing

General Comment:Karl and the guys? Karl's just the webmaster. He isn't in the band, haha.

I always thought "19 days late" was a reference to her being pregnant. Like he's been waiting to find out if it was his, or if she cheated on him.

General Comment:this song is about a a boyfriend/girlfriend who breaks up with them by not calling anymore and they refuse to accept it's over, because they haven't actually heard the person say it. believe me, i unfortunately know from experience :P

General Comment:I think most people can probably relate to it. I feel that its about a guy who became good friends with a girl, possibly fell for her, but the feeling is not reciprocal. Therefore he feels strongly about the element of "rejection" when she stops calling him, and slightly paranoid, e.g,
    "Who have you been seeing
    That made you forget me?
    I bet you call him"
He then feels bitter as he is alone, and questions her commitment with the final lines, but despite this, he is still in love with her.

General Comment:This is currently my favorite Weez song. Terrible shame it wasn't ever released in the U.S. However, Suprnova.org has a great Weez pack with TONS of rare and unreleased tracks. Highly recommend you check it out.
