Guitarist George Harris, son of Iron Maiden bassist and founder Steve Harris, commented on the new single, stating,' "'Wait For Me" is acts as a homage to the current state of the world.' My own feelings on the song are that there is so much hopelessness, pain & conflict all around us these days that we often feel we're never gonna see the light at the end and I think this song is expressing that raw emotion on it's most primal level.
