Hades in the ancient Greek religion & myth, is the god of the dead and the king of the underworld, with which his name became synonymous. Persephone (also mentioned in the song) became the queen of the underworld through her abduction by Hades. I think this song is about allowing one's self to give in fully to temptation, being free to explore the darkest parts of ones subconscious, fearless & unfettered.
