I am ready to find
The lost way to vanishing days
I write words void of worth
In my youth I will always stay
But there is room for every lie
They put on my shoulders
I let it inside
Inseparable growth
Marks us still
Abundance won't come
Purge our will

Cut out and resign
Overtaken and left behind
It's in our racing hearts
The things we never let go of
They spill into my love

I'm thinking
If torpor had left my soul
Voices would sing
I would submit my heart
To the sentiment within
And let go of the night that is abiding here

Old songs lost their grace
Send some light back to this place

    My Interpretation

I think this is about someone who is suffering some kind of disconnect between his memories and his present existence. As the song lyrics state (If torpor had left my soul) Torpor is defined as 'a state of physical or mental inactivity; lethargy.' so this person is imagining if they had lost this they might be able to find peace again, happiness cause they would feel more connected with their mind, body and soul. Instead they continue and exist in this state of emptiness and uncertainty with voided out memories and vanquishing neurological functions even. As the songs lyrics state (Old songs lost their grace Send some light back to this place) Old songs lost their nostalgia to them because they are so detached mentally that they no longer mean what they used to, he's begging for someone help him find his right mind again so he once again live fully in the present & still have recollections of his past life.
