So, help me to see
You need a chance to come around
All this closure we need
Will evade us all somehow
On my own
Forgive me now we know
Where to go from here
You are the beginning and the end
To all of this
Just wait
Feel it coming now
(Find a reason to live, to live)
Fall back
What
No condition
Come on the time has come now
(Believe, believe in me)
So thanks for coming around
And pushing my head back to the ground
Thank you for slowing me down
I need to fall back and start it all over
Been holding on so long
Denying what I've done
I destroyed myself but I wish you well
Completely overthrown
On my own
Release me now I know
All the answers are here we are
The beginning and the end to all of this
Fall back, right, no condition?
The time has come?
(Believe, believe in me)?
So thanks for coming around
And pushing my head back to the ground
Thank you for slowing me down
I need to fall back and start it all over
So thanks for coming around
And pushing my head back to the ground
Thank you for slowing me down
I need to fall back, fall back
(Fall back, fall back, fall back)
I need to fall back, fall back
(No condition, the time has come)
I need to fall back, fall back
Thanks for coming around
And pushing my head back to the ground
Thank you for slowing me down

This song to me is about someone who messed up in their life big time (could be drugs for example) and needed an intervention and someone who they never expected to administer the intervention is the one who steps up and directs them out of the poison path they were headed down.
Drugs comes to mind first because of the line And pushing my head back to the ground Thank you for slowing me down I am thinking he's referring to getting high and how drugs can make you make bad decisions. Another idea I had about that line was someone who's become a celebrity and their ego is overblown and they needed someone to come around and tell them to be humble again and not to treat others like they're better then they they are just because they're a celebrity. Of course it could be a combination of both.
I messed up on the interpretation as I found out after a more careful listen and a confirmation after reading an interview with Lajon Witherspoon where he explains the songs meaning - in the interview here's the question and his answer -

loudwire - The new album is Kill the Flaw. What does the title mean to you personally?

Lajon Witherspoon - It’s a testimony to the struggle that we’ve gone through. We’re just trying to kill those flaws. People are trying to keep us down and I think it’s made us stronger. The song “Thank You” kind of goes back to that. It’s the angst, to strive and to motivate us to continue.

Read More: 5 Questions With Sevendust's Lajon Witherspoon | loudwire.com/5-questions-with-sevendust-lajon-witherspoon/

So I had the interpretation a bit backwards. Essentially the chorus is saying when people try to keep him down in life and hold him back (slow him down) from rising up, he must fall back and to then push forward even more fervently as a result of others testing him and trying to get in his way. He's thanking them more or less in a sarcastic way. He ends up becoming stronger do to others around him who got in his way and tested his will to succeed. I heard the anger in the delivery of the vocals so I apologize for the missed interpretation. Anyways this song is so amazing!
