Oh amigo, hacemos todo despacito
Dinero, artes, amores tristes, a donde yo quiero
Señor, por favor, al Hotel Zona Rosa
No sé aquí lo que hago
Señor, corrí, pero el daño fué hecho
Millas y tiempo pasó y mi amor, Él no llegó
Mirando al cielo arriba
platicando mi vida
Una tecate con lima
(Thinking of you underneath the Mexican moon)
(Thinking of you underneath the Mexican moon)
Pensando en ti bajo la luna mexicana
Mirando al cielo arriba
Intentar que no llorar
Tres tecate con lima
(Thinking of you underneath the Mexican moon)
Pensando en ti bajo la luna mexicana
Dinero, artes, amores tristes, a donde yo quiero
Señor, por favor, al Hotel Zona Rosa
No sé aquí lo que hago
Señor, corrí, pero el daño fué hecho
Millas y tiempo pasó y mi amor, Él no llegó
Mirando al cielo arriba
platicando mi vida
Una tecate con lima
(Thinking of you underneath the Mexican moon)

(Thinking of you underneath the Mexican moon)
Pensando en ti bajo la luna mexicana

It's a pretty accurate translation of the title track of this album. I'm not really sure though why in the title they say lune and the lyrics themselves say luna. As I understand it, the translator was from East LA and it may have something to do with that.
