Run boy run! This world is not made for you
Run boy run! They're trying to catch you
Run boy run! Running is a victory
Run boy run! Beauty lays behind the hills

Run boy run! The sun will be guiding you
Run boy run! They're dying to stop you
Run boy run! This race is a prophecy
Run boy run! Break out from society

Tomorrow is another day
And you won't have to hide away
You'll be a man, boy!
But for now it's time to run, it's time to run!

Run boy run! This ride is a journey to
Run boy run! The secret inside of you
Run boy run! This race is a prophecy
Run boy run! And disappear in the trees

Tomorrow is another day
And you won't have to hide away
You'll be a man, boy!
But for now it's time to run, it's time to run!

Tomorrow is another day
And when the night fades away
You'll be a man, boy!
But for now it's time to run, it's time to run!

    My Interpretation

I'm just gonna say this as someone who identifies as a nonbinary gender and has a lot of friends who are trans and nonbinary as well. Specifically, I get some trans guy vibes from this.

I personally hear some trans undertones here. Maybe that's just me. People have been talking about closeted gay people which is somewhat close to my interpretation in that it also involves the LGBT+ community but it's not quite there.

"Tomorrow is another day And you won’t have to hide away You’ll be a man, boy! But for now it’s time to run, it’s time to run!"

That was what originally made me think this. I have friends who live with extremely transphobic families, and for them school and the internet are the only places where their identities are validated. Even then they have to misgender themselves and face misgendering in some situations. And when they go home they have to hide that, because they'll be attacked or kicked out otherwise.

So, "tomorrow is another day/and you won't have to hide away" refers to, in my eyes, something along the lines of 'hey, you'll go to school tomorrow and have friends who will refer to you as male and you won't have to hide,' and "you'll be a man, boy/but for now it's time to run" refers to 'you'll be out of this house soon and living on your own, and you can do what you want then.'

The rest isn't quite as specific, but the "break out from society" line feels like a reference to how transgender people are often ridiculed by today's society and told their identities are invalid. "This ride is a journey to... the secret inside of you" makes me think of how a lot of trans kids growing up with transphobic families often have to discover what transgender means by themselves, and have very little freedom to explore gender identity, because their families are very restrictive on that.

So that's my interpretation, at least. I'm not sure if anyone else would agree but you have my two cents regardless.
