Half assed for most his life
Done nothing but stand
Just because he's so small so
No one will give him a hand
The kinda guy that would steal your cast
And buy a burning house
Then call you up and invite you in
And jerk you off with a sandpaper hand
I'd leave him physically crippled
Without a leg to stand
I'd throw that trash away
Because a runt like that is piss in the wind
My fist would be the decider
I wasn't raised a fool
I'd stomp his ass for free
Because a punk like that is piss in the wind
Piss in the wind,
A go-getter who ain't got none
A legend in his mind
Always the one to invite himself
And then just left behind
Someone must've clipped his balls
Or wiped his ass of his life
A self centered procrastinator
Attention seeker who's got nothing at all
I'd leave him physically crippled
Without a leg to stand
I'd throw that trash away
Because a runt like that is piss in the wind
My fist would be the decider
I wasn't raised a fool
I'd stomp his ass for free
Because a punk like that is piss in the wind
Done nothing but stand
Just because he's so small so
No one will give him a hand
The kinda guy that would steal your cast
And buy a burning house
Then call you up and invite you in
And jerk you off with a sandpaper hand
I'd leave him physically crippled
Without a leg to stand
I'd throw that trash away
Because a runt like that is piss in the wind
My fist would be the decider
I wasn't raised a fool
I'd stomp his ass for free
Because a punk like that is piss in the wind
Piss in the wind,
A go-getter who ain't got none
A legend in his mind
Always the one to invite himself
And then just left behind
Someone must've clipped his balls
Or wiped his ass of his life

He talks all high and mighty about himself, exalting himself, inviting himself to anything great... But he has nothing to show for it. He does nothing to demand any respect, yet he still thinks he's the greatest.
I knew a guy like this. They don't care about you at all, but they want the hat right off your head so they can sell it to buy some drugs, or whatever.
The first verse seems to show a person who pissed around for most of his life and done nothing but stand around and be a terrible person. No one likes him and won't help me. He would steal your cast, buy a burning house, and jerk you off with sandpaper (ouch).
The chorus is awesome, especially the riff that comes in during the lyrics "piss in the wind." The whole chorus is about beating the crap out of this guy, leaving him crippled, and then he would throw him away like trash. He would do this because he's "piss in the wind," worthless. Then talking about deciding with his fist and beating the crap out of him some more because he's worthless.
The second verse is amazing as well. This person is someone who would do anything, but doesn't have any longterm ideas in his head. He'll invite himself, but get left behind. Someone must have clipped his balls (often a common saying that he won't back himself up, or others), or wiped his ass of life (took away ambitions and such). He's a selfish procrastinator and seeks attention, but doesn't actually have anything going on for himself.
Wow, I can't believe this song didn't make it onto the Vulgar Display of Power, this song is great. I really wish they were still around, especially Dimebag. I guess I get to live with what was recorded of their amazing career.
