Before she hits the ground
She's gonna want to explode
Never step aside, never run and hide
She holds up all under that pretty head of hers
Oh, It comes screaming out in an electric shout

She's the worst thing I've been addicted to.
Oh no, oh no, woah no
Oh I run right back, run right back to her.
I won't jump the track, I'll run right back I'm sure

I'll run right back to her
(I'll run right back to her, oh yeah)
I'll run right back to her
(I'll run right back to her, oh yeah)
I'll run right back to her

Well she's a special thing.
She doesn't read too much.
But there's no doubt, she's left no doubt
Finest exterior, she's so superior
But she won't allow, and I'm wounded now

She's the worst thing I've been addicted to.
Oh no, oh no, woah no
Oh I run right back, run right back to her.
I won't jump the track, I'll run right back I'm sure

I'll run right back to her
(I'll run right back to her, oh yeah)
I'll run right back to her
(I'll run right back to her, oh yeah)
I'll run right back to her

General Comment:The Black Keys are a cool band. The song seems to be pretty straight forward to me - he's mesmerized by the girl he's in a relationship with. She's beautiful. Yet, their relationship is abusive: "explode", "electric shout", "I'm wounded". Despite this, he still stays with her.

Lyric Correction:I think this is my favorite song on the new album. However, I think you got a bit wrong.

    I hear:

    Well she's a special thing.
She doesn't read too much, oh
But there's no doubt, she's written about

    --
And if I'm wrong, I'm going to call dibs on that because it's spectacular.
