0My Interpretation:I feel like this song is about a girl who falls in love with a guy but then quickly realizes 1.) that the guy is uninterested in her and 2.) he's not the person she thought he was. She sees the potential in him, but he's ultimately uninterested and she "gives up the ghost", and tries to forget.
