The rhesus monkey is the most widely studied nonhuman primate in biomedical research. In fact there was cloning of a rhesus monkey done in 1999 which resulted in artificial identical twins. Hence, perhaps the inspiration for the song's title 'Rhesis Artificial'. I think the track itself however is more-so about the creation/ cloning of thought, brainwaves, and the aftermath if taken too far, what the world would come to - the havoc that could ensue.
