I wield the true all-seeing eye
My vision digitized and bright despite the veil of night
Those really people on my screen?
They run around and panic in between places to hide,
as I tear up the street outside

Run, run away, or remain with the ones
with nowhere to go as The Sky falls to Earth

Stay down if once you have fallen - it's all coming down,
The world ends and fades out
Stay down if once you have fallen to the ground
Can you hear the sound of a demon in search of its prey?

I long to give them all a taste,
a sudden breath of hellfire raised to send them all away
A few more souls to make my day

Run, run away, or remain with the ones
with nowhere to go as The Sky falls to Earth

Stay down if once you have fallen - it's all coming down,
The world ends and fades out
Stay down if once you have fallen to the ground
Can you hear the sound of a demon in search of its prey?

As I burn down and murder, I know that God forgives
'Spite all the things I've done my soul yet forever lives
And all those caught in the shadow of my wings have cause to fear
I swear on all I've done, no evil shall linger here

Stay down if once you have fallen - it's all coming down,
The world ends and fades out
Stay down if once you have fallen to the ground
Can you hear the sound of a demon in search of its prey?

Stay down if once you have fallen - it's all coming down,
The world ends and fades out
Stay down if once you have fallen to the ground
Can you hear the sound of a demon in search of its prey?

    My Interpretation

    it's about drone strikes.

"I wield the true all-seeing eye My vision digitized and bright despite the veil of night Those really people on my screen? They run around and panic in between places to hide," Night vision screen with people running to hide, singer is pilot of drone. pretty clear.

"Run, run away, or remain with the ones with nowhere to go as The Sky falls to Earth" There's no place to hide from missiles from above. Sky falling to earth means missile rain that destroys everything.

"Stay down if once you have fallen - it's all coming down, The world ends and fades out Stay down if once you have fallen to the ground Can you hear the sound of a demon in search of its prey?" If you fall to ground, play dead, even when you don't have chance anyways. Can you hear sound of the drone flying above?

"I long to give them all a taste, a sudden breath of hellfire raised to send them all away A few more souls to make my day" Self-explaining. The drone pilot lets "them" to taste the power of hellfire missiles (drones' missiles are called hellfires, even clearer). Few more kills would make pilots day (and maybe get him a medal or something)

"As I burn down and murder, I know that God forgives 'Spite all the things I've done my soul yet forever lives And all those caught in the shadow of my wings have cause to fear I swear on all I've done, no evil shall linger here" Pretty clear too. All the death and destruction caused by drones is forgiven for "fight for freedom and democracy", and the ones who control drones and murder are still the heroes of war.

So that's my interpretation, hope you like.

    My Interpretation

This song speaks of someone who fled from an Earth burning towards the end of the world in a war or invasion of some kind (my guess is aliens).

"I wield the true all-seeing eye My vision digitized and bright despite the veil of night Those really people on my screen? They run around and panic in between places to hide," From orbit he sees clearly what is happening on the surface, and all the people that are suffering.

The chorus has two different meanings. The first time it is said to the people mentioned before: "Run away as the world is going to end. Can you hear the sound of those who hunt you?". Here "The Sky" falling means the end of the world and the "Demons" and those causing it to fall.

"I long to give them all a taste, a sudden breath of hellfire raised to send them all away (either to the next life or the aliens theory) A few more souls to make my day" He considers returning to fend off those who are causing the end of the world (give 'em a taste of their own medicine). Saving at least a few "souls" would suffice to him.

Then the chorus hits again with a more badass tone and this time addressed to the bad guys: "Run, run away, 'cause I'm going to kick your ass. Stay down if you have known defeat before. Can you hear me coming for you?". This time, "The Sky" falling and the "Demon" is our hero reentering the atmosphere to fend for those who can not fend for themselves.

After the awesome dramatic pause he speaks to both of them showing his resolve:

"As I burn down (Reentering the atmosphere) and murder I know that God forgives" He knows his violent and vengeful intentions are justified.

"‘Spite all the things I’ve done, my soul yet forever lives" Dispite ruining his chances of escape he knows his soul will survive.

"All those caught in the shadow of my wings have cause to fear I swear on all I’ve done No evil shall linger here" Pretty self-explaining...

Hope you like my interpretation of the lyrics =D Sorry for the long comment =/

    My Interpretation

Drone strikes seem correct, but, given their interest in video games, it could also be about killstreak rewards in games like Call of Duty. In MW2 you can control an attack helicopter, missile, and an AC130. Enemies are shown using red dots, kind of like an 'all-seeing eye'. 'Make my day' by giving more kills & a higher streak. It could even be about killing people in a game in general, especially like sniping using thermal vision or something similar.

It could possible be a reference to the song Fury (talking about a dragon in the sky, 'now descend from above, etc.).
