That's the theory.
Verse 1 sets us up by saying the girl broke up with him because he doesn't spend time with her or doing things he should. But towards the end of the verse, and the chorus says "she can't get away from him" and can't stop missing him.
Verse 2 talks about how it makes him feel good to have someone miss him that he doesn't care about, and all her memories of him are gone or he's finally "erased" from her. Then he soon misses her, and wishes he could start over, but it's too late, and the chorus switches to him talking about her.
The bridge talks about fame and how he's everywhere, and they're thinking of one another, and a failed relationship.
Kanye's verse I took as more of a story about him meeting a girl and how there relationship took off, but halfway through there's a shift, and he begins to hate her because of spending sprees and taking his stuff, and now he hopes she dies.
It's also a play on words by saying he couldn't get his shit out but he hopes she "diharrea's", hoping she can get all of her stuff out she wants.

Kanyes part: Play on words. Aaliyah=rnb artist who passed away. "Don C says she cool, but don't let her fuck ya cream up.
Monica Lewinsky on the jet, she take you to the cleaners." Lewinsky the lady who had the scandal with bill clinton. So possibly meaning he shouldn't be with this young lady but he is comforting her saying they're scandal is "Clean" compared to Monica's. The love just like in cudi's part is dying "but all good things gotta come to an end.She let it go to her head." (enjoying the luxuraries of money but he assures her HE provided her with it all "No, that mine, 'ria."-ria is a nickname for maRIA) and THE BEST PART OF THE SONG "height of her shopping was writer's blocking me.I couldn't get my shit out anyway, I hope you die, 'ria." He is telling her to fuck off and die. So he can get his shit(music) out like "diarrhea". haha.
It's meant to be heard both ways.
