After reading the previous comment, I can now see the song was a little more literal than that and he was actually talking about his next door neighbor. same concept still applies though --> a girl he really wants but cant have / doesnt have the courage to ask out.
He sits in his room and all he can hear is the banging on the wall from her having sex with countless guys.
