haha although masturbation did cross my mind, i don't think that's what this song is about. I think its about a person watching someone they love deeply get everything they deserve in life. It may be a parent watching their child or possibly someone who let their love go with someone else and is watching them find happiness, which in return made them happy. Wow, I didn't get either of the interpretations above. Here are my thoughts:
This song is a total backhanded way of wishing someone you loved well, but reveling in thier downfalls and pain. Feeling good about the when your ex (or whoever) is doing poorly off on their own.

That's how I'm seeing it, really--with the tone of the song and all. A giant "Good, go fuck yourself" song, I think. Who hasn't felt that way--in a saddistic way almost?
This song is obviously about a homosexual man that has homosexual feelings but has to hide it then his homosexuality turns into homophobia. He then strangles a man that is homosexual and shows love toward him and he feels great satisfaction because he feels as if he is actually squeezing the life out of the homosexual part of himself before he gets married to a woman and has to live with his secret homosexual existence for the rest of his life. Really twisted and fucked up song. Definitely has undertones of sadism and narcissism.
