From my own interpretation, this song is about how susceptible people are to falling in love. It also relates to how naive human beings can be, where the slightest interaction with another can lead us into a never ending chain of love. Especially lyrics such as "It's a vision, complete illusion" justifies my claim, since love is something we all can see "vision", yet something we all can't fully grasp - "illusion". The idea of the never-ending cycle comes from the chorus, as we forget someone, before we know it, "It is happening again".
Interesting, and I like the song but I think you're way off in many ways. Nobody sees love so it's not a "vision." They feel love. (They see lust). The illusion is when lust is confused with love. There is NO mistaking love. Love is seldom a 'never ending cycle." Love is those couples you see who have been with each other for decades...through youth and good times (times of discovery) thur middle age; job loss; declining looks; times of boredom; to old age and declining health. I really like this band...the more I listen, the more I have reason to like.
