    Song Meaning:I think this song actually means something besides what most people are saying in the comments. I think it means that when he says he is Halfway gone that he is just halfway through with everything. The lying people, people who talk, but dont show any action or dont do anything about it,lie to make their way up the corporate ladder, and etc. He feels as though he is half tired of everyhting around him and the state of the world with people today trying to be better than the next in order to achieve greateness.

    General Comment:Lovin this song. I think it's about a couple who are still together but it's a rocky relationship. His girlfriend is a liar, but this guy cares for her and is willing to forgive her and stay with her if she makes up her mind that she does really want him and not someone else. This girl wants both, she wants him and this other guy, so she hesitates to make a decision. He is fed up with it and he's just about ready to leave so he's telling her that he's on the verge of leaving so she needs to make her decision on who she wants. This is what I think. It really relates to the situations I've been through.

    Song Meaning:I think this song is about his partner who is with him and says she loves him (This is the 'talk is cheap... give my a word you can keep'), but she wont really completely commit.

    She's always wondering if there is something out there that's better and she's trying to decide if she wants to stay with him. He's telling her not to take too long figuring it out, because even though he loves her he's ready to leave her if she doesn't really want him enough. He's getting tired of it and even though he hasn't left her yet, he's already mentally and emotionally preparing himself for this eventuality. Thus, he is already halfway gone.

    My Opinion:i think this song is talking about a relationship that's close to ending. it sounds like they both just need one more thing to leave eachother. like, they're not to sure, but they kinda want to. "you got one foot out the door and choking on the other, always think there's something more."

    For exapmle, he like a girl who keeps him waiting. When he says
    "Don't take too long.." he means that he loves her but he won't wait around forever for her.
