The meaning/message of this song isn't very good, I just like it because it's pretty funny. "There's nothing surgery can do, when I break your little heart in two."
I think this song is about how alex had a one night stand with a girl and she doesnt realize that he doesnt like her for who she is at all. he just wanted some ass.

it was the one i couldn't wait to listen to before i bought nothing personal and i still love it. :D
it's definitely about revenge; he's in a relationship that's gone wrong and having problems ("wide awake, my mistake so predictable") and that's he still thinks she's pretty and stuff but she's not worth all the trouble she's caused him ("pretty face but the chase ain't worth the prize") so as revenge he's gonna break her heart.

my favorite parts, this song is awesome! one of their best:]
1. As Icarus said, he's getting back at someone who was fake.
2. Someone who's in a relationship, but really doesn't feel very strongly about the person ((and maybe they care about them)). So they're in the relationship, but they're trying to get out of it and it's gonna end up breaking the other person's heart.
This and "Therapy" are my favorite Nothing Personal songs ((I always seem to end up liking the title songs the best, ha)).
