    Song Meaning:I actually think it's about unrequited love between two people.
    The girl unconditionally loves the singer, but the singer doesn't feel the same way back. They dated for a while but the singer dumped her, while she's left haunted by memories. He's gone through this and understands what she's feeling, which is why he wrote the song. He's hurting because he hurt her.

    Song Meaning:I actually thought the same things when I first herd this but I saw Parachute this month in Pontiac and I got to hang out with Kit and Johhny and my friend and I asked about it because thats our favorite song and they told us how its actually about music. Kit said "you know when you set your alarm for the radio to wake you up? Well later in the day your singing a song and you don't know why its stuck in your head. Music follows you everywhere you are. It "haunts you". I thought that was pretty niffy :)

    General Comment:i agree that hes talking about this girl who probably dumped him and how hes the best thing that happened to her and she'll realize that she messed up and her decision will haunt her. i dont think its stalkerish, i think hes just getting the point across to her that wherever she is his memory will be
    there and she won't be able to forget him and how she lost him.
