    General Comment:Just now, the title "vs. Children" makes sense to me.

    Kids don't have an easy time of it on this album - three orphans or soon-to-be orphans ("Northfield MN", "Man-o-War", "White Jetta"), two abortions ("Harsh the Herald Angels Sing", "Natural Light"), and this one, which is probably the bleakest.

    The Bowie reference in the final line is the funniest very sad thing (or the saddest very funny thing) ever.

    General Comment:It's the Day after pill, or the Plan B pill. i doubt a literal Abortion.
    but it is suprisingly one of my favorite songs of CFTPA

    General Comment:it's obviously about birth control but i think it has either one of two further meanings:

    1. that he told her to take the pill, and she didn't and now he's telling her to get an abotion hence "we could be killer just for one night" or

    2. that he's warning her that if she does get pregnant that they would have to get an abortion. the line "we could be killers just for one night" seems to parody "we could be heros just for one night" in that he's saying if we get pregnant this night, then we will become killers in aborting the fetus.

    General Comment:It wouldn't make a great ad for condoms, but contraception and the reluctance to fall pregnant is obviously what it's about.
    Actually, I would like to see someone try and make a condom ad out of it.
