Makes much more sense, is much more like Britney, and it's obvious. So obvious, in fact, the they wouldn't have made this song if it didn't mean what everyone thinks it means, because they would have feared a big misunderstanding. :)
They probably had to spell it out, instead of actually say it, so that this song could be played on the radio.

It's definately not a coincidence that it spells F-U-C-K me.

It doesn't make any sense. It means even the people who hate her have to admit that she is attractive.

But before I found out about the word game, the songs context kind of made sense.
Now only the refrain makes sense.
Like there's two songs in one.
Because if it's ONE text it feels weird to me.
First she talks about this Amy girl that she's looking for, and then all of a sudden she's the one that everybody wants to bang?
Or is it sung from two perspectives?
The verses sung from a person that wants to get with Amy, and the chorus sung from Amy?

I had initially thought Amy was a designated driver or something ("Amy told me thats shes gonna meet me up, I don’t know where or when and now their closing up the club") lol, but then I found out about the phonetic meaning, and now the song doesn't make any sense at all.
Nice beat, though, I really like this song- wouldn't mind if it became her next single.

I think though, referring to what Jeesha and theCombusted are wondering about, the reason she still sings about this "Amy" girl is to sort of throw off the innuendo/pun. Obviously in the first and second verses, she's talking about an actual girl ("Have you seen Amy tonight? Is she in the bathroom or is she smokin' up outside?"). But when she sings, "I can't get her off of my brain," I see it more like "Amy" is sex. Which makes sense to lead into the chorus, talking about everyone just wanting to do her [Britney].
The whole point of the song is to make you think and really listen. A first for a Britney song! I still love her nonetheless; this is one of my favorites off the album. "Oh baby baby if you seek Amy tonight
