The song, with its barely veiled sexual innuendo, somehow managed to sneak past radio watchdogs and into homes across the land, where children as young as four and five years old could be found innocently singing along to what was obviously - at least to the children's parents - an offensive, distasteful, and repugnant song. To calm the uproar, a new radio edit was released. With the drop of a `k,' the title changed to ``If U See Amy,'' which did appease some. There were, however, stations that continued to play the original version.
So was Britney really singing about an act as old as mankind itself? The majority seem to think so. There is a possibility though, that she was just letting the world know that - love her or hate her - she knows they all want a piece of her.
Honestly though parents are ranting about this song, or were, well they're the idiots aren't they?!! Have they SEEN the film clip? In fact have they EVER seen a Britney, post 2001 clip??? Or song?? are they naive?? Perhaps. Idiots. No complaining.
She is, Britney Spears. Enough said. Gosh... on Wiki it says this Mum was complaining about her 5 & 7 year olds singing it... GROW A BRAIN!
