The whole "let me go/I'm moving on" feel of the song kinda sounds accurate since Mr. Timberlake always teases things that relate to Ms. Spears (i.e. justjared.buzznet.com/2009/05/10/justin-timberlake-britney-spears-snl/) still.
Either that or it can be directed to Kevin Federline or the Paparazzi. God forbid someone saying it's directed to drugs. I'd lol myself!

I agree with Michaela;x - In the song she used to want the guy to love her just as much as she loved him, but he never did which is a lot like Britney and Kevin's relationship ( well from what we know from "Britney: For the record" and "Chaotic").
The term "out from under" is obviously her emotional state. She was feeling depressed and in a dark place (under), and when she is "out from under" she claims that she will "figure it out" (such as her personal life and career, I'm assuming).
I feel versy sorry for everything that Britney went through, and I also really do wish her the best of luck!!
