    My Opinion:I think the part that I said was my favorite goes "YOU the only one that papa allowed to hang out in my room" Because in that part she also says "we'd" and "we were" which means she singing that part to someone so it would only make sense that she would address the person in the beginning as "you" instead of "he"

    General Comment:I think this might be about every little girl (and boy) out there who's ever put on their "stunna shades" and sung out loud with their favorite songs on the radio.. If you think about it, Beyonce could have been just like this before she made her fame: singing in her room at the top of her lungs while the radio DJ played her songs. You know you do it too..

    Makes sense. She's saying that her father wouldn't allow anyone else in her room but her. HOWEVER, I do see what you mean by saying that the word "He" should take place of "I'm"
