I feel so unsure
As I take your hand and lead you to the dance floor
As the music dies, something in your eyes
Calls to mind the silver screen
And all its sad good-byes

I'm never gonna dance again
Guilty feet have got no rhythm
Though it's easy to pretend
I know you're not a fool
(You know I ain't a fool girl)
Should've known better than to cheat a friend
And waste the chance that I've been given
So I'm never gonna dance again
The way I danced with you

Time can never mend
The careless whispers of a good friend
To the heart and mind
Ignorance is kind
There's no comfort in the truth
Pain is all you'll feel

I'm never gonna dance again
Guilty feet have got no rhythm
Though it's easy to pretend
I know you're not a fool
(You know I ain't a fool girl)
Should've known better than to cheat a friend
And waste the chance that I've been given
So I'm never gonna dance again
The way I danced with you

Slow down
You know you're moving too fast
You know that I don't dance
But you insist you take my hand
And to the beat that move our feet
And everyone is watching me
And I don't dance no more.
And now I'm leaving my apartment
Til' its after evening
Bars are closing down
And every model in the pool halls drinking
I turn the juke box on to play my favorite song
Where we song along
I don't dance no more

Tonight the music seems so loud
I wish that we could lose this crowd
Maybe it's better this way
We'd hurt each other with the things we'd want to say
We could have been so good together
We could have lived this dance forever
But now who's gonna dance with me?
Please stay.

I'm never gonna dance again
Guilty feet have got no rhythm
Though it's easy to pretend
I know you're not a fool
(You know I ain't a fool girl)
Should've known better than to cheat a friend
And waste the chance that I've been given
So I'm never gonna dance again
The way I danced with you
Now that you're gone
(To Pretend)
(You know I ain't a fool girl)
Now that you're gone
Now that you're gone
(To Pretend)
(You know I ain't a fool girl)
Now that you're gone

    General Comment:In my opinion .. i can see this song being about two really good friends whose feelings about each other are unsure. One is head over heals for the other and the other doesn't think they feel it. Since they are unsure the one who isn't sure leads them on. {Time can never mend The careless whispers of a good friend To the heart and mind} They dance {As I take your hand and lead you to the dance floor As the music dies, something in your eyes} *slowdance?* and it makes things awkward, because one has these feelings and the other one doesn't feel it. The one whose in love finds out that the other person doesnt actually like them. {There's no comfort in the truth Pain is all you'll feel} They feel betrayed and will never forget it. {So I'm never gonna dance again The way I danced with you}

    Just my opinion (:

General Comment:First of all, this isn't All Time Low, this is just Alex Gaskarth from All Time Low, it's not the whole band.

Personally, I didn't particularly enjoy this as much as I thought I would. This is a classic song they took (my father listens to that type of music so I've heard the original plenty of times before this one) and so I didn't quite know what to expect from this one, not to mention that this is one of the oddest pairings ever. I'm sorry to say, that this was a bit of a disappointment to me.

Alex Gaskarth--He honestly can do no wrong. He did really well with what he was given, I really enjoyed his parts of the song. They were really good vocals, and he made the song worth listening to.

Juliet Simms--Wonderful job. This girl has some great pipes, and she also made this worth listening to. With what she had been given to sing, I think she nailed it and I loved her part just as well.

3OH!3--Generally, their songs are never good, but are always catchy, though they did nothing right here. They were an abomination here, they ruined what would've been an otherwise semi-decent cover of a pure CLASSIC. Guys, that song never had rap, nor did they act like hooligans that were shouting off things that relate somewhat to the song.

Could've been better, had there not been any 3OH!3 involvement.

I don't think Juliet sounds AMAZING but she did do a good job. It's really hard 2 hit those high notes like she did!
Now alex is absolutely fantastic in this song (when is he not though??). He just drowns Juliet out during the chorus, I can't help but put all of my attention on his voice :).

they did a great job covering this song!!! I like it better than the seether cover :]

General Comment:Haterz... People always tend to hate girls when there with there Manwhore. Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato, Juliet Simms and Alex Gaskarth. Too different worlds and yet it always ends up in the same thing. Jelousy.

Now in general its very Poppy. I would get it if i didn't have to go through less than legal means to get it (and if i were to do that i rather get real All Time Low old songs first.
Though it did prove to me i would love Alex Gaskarth wether he was in a boyband, rap, metal, country, or any other genre or type of music.

General Comment:If yerr looking to download this on Limewire.. look for it like:
    Title: Careless Whisper Cover
    Artist: 3oh3

    thats how i found it.

Ferr the Juliet argument.. She has a great voice, we all hear it in Remebering Sunday,
me and my friend did a cover of that song, and trust me, to reach that high of a note it a
    challenge, give her the credit.
    =)
