i actually like this song, but lockdown is terrible and boring. anyway, i really hope the whole album isnt like this song, but i have heard that it is similar in style to lockdown and heartless. more rap less singing imo.

I would like to add onto all the thoughts before this... Also his mother just recently died. So keep that in mind. Kanye was really going through it. At first I though it was just another Hip-Hop artist gone commercial until I actually listened to the album. Its an album you really have to go through to appreciate. I'm dealing with my break-up now and I personally cried to every single track. And I can really relate. I recommend the album to anyone dealing with a rough break-up. It covers all perspectives of break-up and love. Whether you still love them, you hate them, or you're unsure. It really helps.

This is the best song i've ever heard out of Kanye.
I'm a girl and i can even relate to this, like honestly. I always thought he was kind of annoying and untalented and then i noticed that he actually WROTE these lyrics, and the whole song and it's beat is fantastic. I feel horrible for him though, i know exactly what it's about.

He's actually a good song writer.

I'm kinda feeling both those songs.
I've been burned 3 times now by a guy I've been with on and off for 2 1/2 years.
He was madly in love with me, then started playing games with during a time I lost my dad to heart failure,
my mom nearly died from a stroke directly after and we lost our family home. The money ran out and he
went from wanting to marry me and have a nice wedding during the holidays to leaving me and downgrading our
relationship to a no label fling in which he started using me for sex and money... finally cut ties with him and moved, changed my number, etc. He is a heartless fucker.

Some of these lyrics are dicky (well, what artists don't have dicky lyrics?), but this is a really nice song all-round. I think the meaning is pretty self-explanatory.

reminds me of my ex, he dumped me for someone else, then a few months later came running back with his tail between his legs (metaphorically of course) cause he decided he still needed me :P

@frozen yogurt- Same thing happened with me. My gal got so pissed at me (for no apparent reason) tht she left me. After 3 weeks she called me back saying she missed me :P . ya , with all tail between legs thingie n all included. :D

Yo! I broke up with my girlfriend... She wanted to meet me to exchange our respective belongings... I went to her house... As I walked in all quiet and guilty and shit... one of her roommates in the next room... they played this song on the big ass stereo... shit, as bad as I felt... all I could do is laugh... this shit is too fucking cliche!!!

I fucking love KW b/c of all of the emotion he puts into his songs
