I mean I listened to it like 137573782 times and I'm seriously almost positive that's what it is :P It makes more sense, too.
"my heart is in the home" he loves his wife/girlfriend not the other girl.

She has been threatening to tell for a long time. She has been making him do things so she wouldn't tell but he knew it would happen.

He is trying to convince the other girl not to tell anyone about what they are doing. He is going to go by her and 'cut her down to size' probably by telling her it's her fault too.
people say it all the time and really have absolutely no idea what it means... at all.

- I think it may mean that he cared for her... but she had him do so much to prove himself it wasn't worth it anymore and decided to "stab" her in the back.
