no offense (ok, maybe offensively)but these crazed twilight fans are gettin on my nerves. i'm a fan too, started reading it when it first came out, not when everyone else jumped on the wagon and hyped it up. hate to break it to ya, but it's just a book, not 100 pounds of gold.

DECODE is awesome. i've been a big fan of paramore for a while. this song literally gave me goosebumps, especially the second verse.

hayley has had intervies stating that, that is the meaning behind the song.

Okay before i start, just know that i am NOT trying to be offensive. with that being said, cmon guys! less twilight ranting and more song decoding(excuse the pun)! I know that its totally about the book, like its literally written about Bella and edwards first steps as a couple. I love the books and all, so nobody get on my case lol.
here goes.

This verse is about Edwards point of view. Hes always on about whether or not its right for him to endanger bella and his family by being around her, but whenever shes near she dazzles him with her smell and balla-ness, amiright? But he just cant seem to win because she needs him. shes always in near death experiences, and thats why he cant win because she'd lose her fight if he left. shizam.

Now we switch on over to bella's POV. She is a little miffed that he wont let her own whats hers, that is, her heart, her feelings, whatever, right? He's always switching sides, wanting to leave, saying he cant stay, and yet he does. But he his scaryness isnt going to make her change her mind, or take away her pride. She wont let him leave. not this time.

This one is a bit harder for me to figure out. It almost seems like a prelude to the second book when edwards about to leave, and hes acting weird and bella senses it, she thinks she knows why. kinda. OR! maybe this is when James is hunting her and she has to split up and she is freaked out and she finds herself alone with alice and jasper and missing edward and is all like wtf? how did we get here? oh. its my fault.

Back to edward! remember how he gets so frustrated he couldnt read bella? he relied on looking at her eyes, which in turn dazzled bella, and almost makes her spill everything shes thinking of as a result. Thats the first three lines. and then it switches back to bella midway, back at the beginning when him vampireness isnt exactly out in the open yet. This is when he still thinks that she doesnt know, and shes like "i get it, ur dangerous but dont wanna be, i see what kinda man you are." and then throws in that line if your a man at all (which hes not, technically) and then she goes on to ponder it on her own for awhile, but she realizes it doesnt matter because she loves him so, and then learns that he cant read her thoughts. Score!
This whole segment is sort of the intro to their relationship. its interesting that Paramore put it in the middle instead of the beginning.

Bella and edward are in their standoff where hes kind of being an ass to her and shes kinda pissed and yearning at the same time. so they are both being stupid i guess.

this one could be from either one of their POV, probably both. They are both unconditionally in love and can't stay away, Its tearing edward apart on the mental scale, and Bella is constantly in danger in his presence. But they sort of see how much the other cares also, and they are hopeful that its the truth
