  General Comment:when I first heard this track I kept quiet for a long time. I kept wondering, Hope is all we're looking for.... truly a marvelous work done by Underoath..... God Bless Them....

    I'm in awe of everyone's opinion on this song. I, too, am caught in a good state of silence and thoughtful still. To think how the world's system of evil manipulates and uses evil men to do away with God's triumphant creation - us. When all seems lost and dark...and Silence reigns throughout the earth...then, just when all seemed torn, Light (Son of God) uplifts what is seen dead and fights against this Evil and evil men.

  General Comment:this song is all about the world ending. the whole instrumental at the beginning is when it ended and when he sings is when everyone emerges out from the holes and there is hope, but hope only through God and no one else. he says "you said there was nothing left down here, well i swear i found something, i found hope, i found god" the world ended and no one believed that God would save them but he proved everyone wrong by finding that little hope God granted them and saved them all

  General Comment:Man this song is definitely one of my favorites on the album. I've listened to it numerous times in a row I couldn't stop getting the chills. It's amazing how it's composed and how it builds up to the last cry at the end! It's completely epic!

    I think, your interpretation may also be just. Because, in this type of environment that the song is resembling, even the most godly person can be braught down to nothing just with a touch of lost faith. Then, it takes one person to investigate, takes one person to bring a touch of Hope...and only takes God's Son Jesus to light up the path in our hearts to pick up where we last was. So many of us tend to stop Dreaming and go on with our business instead of His business and stop believing in His faith - we become dead believers, in time. So, even though the true lyrics stand, but your thought process is commended :) Thank you.

  General Comment:This song is so freaking awesome.
  I listen to it over and over, and it just never gets old! This CD is amazing, Underoath is amazing. Once again they have delivered perfection.
  I love how the song starts all low and heavy than builds up toward the end.
  And when his voice kicks into the background, I get the chills. The lyrics could not be better.
  This is just simply perfection.
  Like wow.
