I think its about some guy who's trying to act all cool, and fit in with the "cool" crowd. When in reality he's just some annoying guy.

Like this part reminds me of some cool guy inviting everyone to his party, and the annoying guy inviting himself, and everyone being like uhm no (lol).

And this part reminds me of the guy trying to fit in by stealing.

Meaning the guys trying to smoke weed and be all cool, and coughin like he smoked hecka weed. When in reality he don't know nothin. So when they get in trouble w/ the police Pharrell is kinda like "Well since you so into weed YOU should be listenin' to the officer"
Also in the chorus. (Which I thought the girl was saying "You so anti don't NOTHIN matter") It would make sense w/ that because shes kinda saying like "You are so ANTI of everything you say you are (meaning opposite) that everything else doesnt even matter" As in she's so annoyed by him trying to talk himself up.
Idk what the other stuff means LOL but that's just my take, idk if it even will make sense to you guys. ahaha

The guy he's referring to is acting like he's something when he hasn't stopped being a kid yet. He talks himself up but others don't notice him, ridin in his mama's car boomin like a motherfucker, no chance of actually making it with some girl whose number he gets coz he has no prospects beyond that. Everyone's either been like that or have known someone like that before. It sounds like Pharrell's telling him personally, like the lyrics are the quirks of some guy he actually knows, who he's actually concerned about. I dunno if that's a total overanalysis, but I totally can see that in this. The song sounds good and I think the message, if that's it, is good too.

Maybe there is something wrong me but I destinctly hear "nuttin'" over "I"
"you so ANTI, Don't Nuttin' Matter" is expicitly calling out people that care so little, that even this song wont reach them. they are so negative, they will never get themselves out of the hole that they created for themselves in their negativity.
