Awesome song. I'd advise anyone who hasn't got the album its on "All or Nothing" to give it a try. For me its the rock/indie album of the year. They're also amazing live. As for the song meaning I'm not sure, I'm just surprised there isn't more comments on here about The Subways songs, great band.

The Subways were excellent at Reading this year

and I don't think he's singing "for all the girls and boys" that just doesn't fit:)

btw I love this song!!
and I think the meaning is obvious but different for everyone...
