Is clearly about sex. The bloodshot forget-me-not is high (as your eyes get bloodshot when you smoke) and a forget-me-not is a flower given to someone so that they won't forget you, often a lover, now "Daddy's within earshot" means they're having sex in the house, and to prevent her father from finding out and getting pissed (save the buckshot, or spare him shooting your ass) they turn up the music.
