The song is about how people still have an attraction to their ex even if they lie or cheat.
The part when he sings "You Don't Need This", is actually his subconscious telling him not to get attached again.
The entire video being shot is white is stating "White Lies". However, lies are soon seen once you are able to see clearly.

i think this song is about two people who were in a relationship, and it turned into a bunch of lies, and now he doesnt care about that, he just wants sex.
or maybe that their relationship was based on lies and sex and nothing more.
