  General Comment:I don't know why people are going on about stuff like 'if katy perry wrote this then omg!' and 'wtf!' and stuff. It's so stupid. So what if she kissed a girl?
  My guess is, she got drunk and she kissed a girl but she didn't mean anything by it. Cause she was wasted.

  General Comment:LOL...accidental kissing:) I am not a fan of Katy Perry's voice (which I think is not very good), but it is a very catchy song and it was likely to be a hit simply because of the subject matter. The music industry (like Hollywood) is ruled by men, and male fantasies sell.

  General Comment:Now first I'm going to say that I love Katy Perry, and I love her music, but she is being used as a puppet by the devil. This song is made to brain wash the younger generation. Research Aliester Crowely and you will see how his beliefs are being used to destroy moral values throughout the world. This song does not encourage listeners to act upon these feelings, however, what it does do is destroy the difference between right and wrong. Don't hold it against Katy Perry, she is the one who is being used by the Devil's hand. Instead, say a prayer for Katy Perry. She is crying out for help and reaching for Christ to be in her life once again. (Listen to "Wide Awake" by Katy Perry)

  General Comment:When I first heard this song I was like what did she say?! My mom likes Katy Perry you know she was like oh shes pretty and all and my mom likes the song fireworks and California girls. When my mom heard this song shes like WTF?! ( she didn't really say it its just the look on her face.) But it does have a catchy beat. Its just the lyrics that's weird. :)

  General Comment:For once in my life (although I believe we are all censored to SoMe extent) I believe in censorship. This is absolutely absurd...they play this crap on school buses and I know that for a fact. No other comment (which should be an addition to "comment types").

  General Comment:When I first heard this song, I thought it was about a bi-curious gay man singing about kissing a girl. "I kissed a girl just to try it, hope my boyfriend don't mind it." Then when I heard the line "Us girls we are so magical," I was like "WTF, THAT'S A WOMAN!?!?" Bottom line: Katy Perry sings like a dude.

  General Comment:totally believe that this song has nothing to do with actually kissing a girl. i think katy is just experiencing a time in her life that she is taking the risk.
  
  i'm not 100% sure but i don't think that jesus would like it if a girl kissed a girl lol, but katy "lost her discretion" and its "hard to obey" for her, so i think instead of kissing an actual girl... katy is kissing the opposite of jesus. the devil.
  
  katy is disobeying christ and turning to the evil side... after all we all know how the "illuminati" is supposedly taking over the media. so think about it.

    Perry, to me after reading about her upbringing, seems like a singer that set out to rebel (perhaps against her parents and also society). She can be carefree through her music. It's definitely a song about a female experimenting with lust involving the same sex. From the song it's obvious she's heterosexual, but there's an excitmement that comes with pushing the envelope...doing what her parents would not approve of and doing something that may really be rather foreign to her. I HATE when girls kiss on the dance floor and then get surrounded by guys! So much for the feminist movement empowering girls; the younger generation appears to play into the hands (and beds) of guys who want nothing more than a quick lay. Everything is for the guy, which is rather pathetic. The odds are so few of these girls know their own bodies and are able to speak their minds when it comes to what they like/want in bed. Many probably have had lots of sex w/o orgasm 'cause it's all for the guy. F- that! I am THANKFUL I was born when I was and am able to show restraint when its appropriate. Girls kissing....ICK. Guys kissing...bigger ICK. Guy and girl in love kissing....YEAH!!! As for Perry, I love ET, but that's about it. Often she's off key, much like the horrible Kanye West.
