also, i think this song is about a teenager being forced to have an abortion by her parents 0:
her parents' first child was stillborn and that set some twisted wires in the father's head. they have another kid and fifteen years later, he succumbs to sick desires, gets his daughter drunk (drink some more, feeling opened up), and rapes her. she's hurt and confused and wonders how he feels (how does it feel when you can't feel nothin?)
that's pretty much what i see. vaguely reminds me of their other song "Tell Me What to Swallow" with how the theme sounds
